The Exceptionator Mutual Fund

The primary and secondary objectives of the Fund are capital appreciation and income.
The Fund seeks to achieve these goals by investing in a diversified portfolio, consisting primarily of US equity securities in all market capitalization ranges (micro, small, mid or large), or securities convertible into equity securities.

• Open Ended Registered 40 Act Equity Fund
• Top 40 ranked companies according to the Magnet Stock Selection Process
• Initially equally weighted positions in each company
• No more than 25% of the portfolio in any given sector
• Diversified amongst market capitalizations
• Companies deselected and reselected monthly
• No margin or leverage
• No short selling
• Must be accompanied by a prospectus
